“IVE” One piece design ball valves is offered in NO-JOINTS design.
This design assures highest leak proof characteristic. It is generally preferred in the pipe lines carrying hazardous or toxic liquids.
Features and Benefits of Single Piece Ball Valve
- “IVE” screwed end or Triclover Type end Ball Valves are available in the sizes of ¼” (6mm) to 2” (50 mm).
- Single piece ball valves are offered in screwed & Triclover Type end connection. Screwed valves are generally used in the smaller diameter lines having low pressure & frequent on/off operations.
- Ball valves are either casted or fabricated from Bar Stock.
- They are Rigid & Compact in construction & easy to operate.
Please note
- Single piece design make maintenance of the single piece ball valve difficult as compared to two or three piece ball valve design.

Certain types of fluids may get solidify or crystalize while passing through the valve. In such condition heating or cooling to the flowing fluid in the valve can be provided by circulating steam, oil or water in the jacket of the single piece design ball valve. Heating or cooling of the flowing fluid will assure the smooth flow of the fluid within the valve.
“IVE” Manufactures High precision Jacketed Ball valves.
Key Features and Benefits
- Jacketed Ball Valves are available in the sizes from½” (15mm) to 4” (100 mm)
- The Jacket extends from in- between the Body flanges.
- The Flanges of Jacketed valves are one size higher than the Bore Size. For example for 2” Bore Size, we will require 3” flange, hence the size of the valve will be specified as 2” x 3”.
- Jacket is provided with ½” BSP (F) inlet, outlet and drain (Optional) Nozzles.
- Also available with Flanged Nozzles
- Option of CS or SS jacket as per requirement.

Flush bottom ball valves are also known as bottom valves or drain valves. As the name suggest, it is used to flush out the liquid or slurry from the bottom of Reactors, Receivers & Huge Tanks.
“IVE” flush bottom valves assure perfect drain of the liquid / slurry from the tank. The unique design of the flush bottom ball valves will prevent formation of the dead area in the valve, hence no hold up area in the tank or vessel. This is achieved as ball of the valve will comes in the level with the inlet flange.

FEP / PFA Lined Flush Bottom Ball Valves have 3 to 5 mm thick flouro polymers lining which is Anti corrosive as well as food grade. Lined Flush Bottom Valves found wide application in Chemical as well as pharmaceutical Industries. Fluoropolymers are inert to almost major acids and alkalis and gives longer working life.
